Full Landscape Service

At WildFlora, our biggest priority is designing a space that meets your needs. That's why every project begins with an on-site consultation, a chance for us to get to know you and your goals for the property.

The consultation will quite literally cover a lot of ground! In addition to discussing your stylistic needs and functional requirements, our experienced team will survey the property in detail – assessing existing architecture, materials, plantings, and surrounding context. This initial meeting is completely complementary.

Within one week of the consultation, our team will send you a comprehensive design proposal including detailed notes from the initial meeting, a list of all deliverables, and the total design cost. If you choose to more forward with our proposal, we kindly request a deposit of 50% of the total design cost.

If you don't posses a current survey of your space, our CAD designer will be happy to schedule a time to visit the site and measure the areas we will be designing for. Up-to date measurements will ensure the accuracy of our design recommendations, the veracity for the 3D renderings, and the overall execution of your vision!

Approximately four weeks after receiving the initial deposit, WildFlora will provide digital and physical copies of the first round of designs, including full plans, layouts, renders, and plant/material boards. Our team is always happy to discuss the designs, answer questions, and make revisions until your vision is realized! The final design balance is due after all adjustments have been made.

WildFlora's exceptional grounds crew works closely with our design team for a seamless and efficient installation and conceptualization of your design. If you choose to move forward with WildFlora for the installation, we will provide estimates for the work involved.

Our crew handles items such as demolition, planting installation, light masonry, lighting, and irrigation. Larger elements such as pergolas, hardscape, outdoor kitchens, and pools may require outside estimates from subcontractors. All final costs for the project will be reflected in an invoice.

A typical construction period will take roughly 4-6 weeks, however the timeline can range from a few days to a few months depending on the season and scope of work. All variables affecting the duration of the construction period will be discussed transparently throughout the entire design process.

To cover initial materials, WildFlora requires a 10% construction deposit before scheduling your project. The cadence and amount of all subsequent payments will be discussed upon receipt of the construction deposit.

Upon completing the scope of work – including final details and removal of crew materials from the site – there will be a final walkthrough of your newly designed space! This is when the final construction balance is due.
